Nizoral is applied for treating skin infections such as athlete's foot, jock itch, ringworm, and certain kinds of dandruff. Stopping the medication too early may allow the fungus to continue to grow, which may result in a relapse of the infection. Inform your doctor if your condition persists after the prescribed amount of treatment or worsens at any time.

NIZORAL SIDE EFFECTS:

You may experience stinging, swelling, irritation, or redness of the treated skin. Inform your doctor in the case of worsening or persisting nay of the side effects. Many people using this medication do not have serious nizoral side effects. Don't forget that your doctor has prescribed this medication because the benefit to you is greater than the risk of side effects.
